Health board apology after surgery's failure to offer in-person appointment

Well, it seems there's been a bit of a hiccup at one of our local surgeries, with the health board issuing an apology. It's concerning to hear about a failure to offer in-person appointments, and we'll be looking into what this means for patients right here in Cumnock.
